Die ersten Aufnahmen der neuen NINETNINE CD sind bereits im“Kasten“. Ray und Gabriel sind bereits seit 3 Wochen am einspielen der Songs.
„Es ist dieses Mal eine ganze andere herangehensweise als bei den letzten 2 CD´s. Dieses Mal habe ich vorab in etwa 20 Songs und Songideen geschrieben. Ein Teil entsteht während der Aufnahmen und ergibt sich auch durch Studiosessions.“ so Freesay.
Die vier Musiker haben es sich zum Ziel gesetzt die Studioaufnahmen bis Ende Juli abgeschlossen zu haben. Dann werden die besten 10-12 Songs ausgesucht, gemischt und zum mastern gebracht. Dann geht´s los mit dem „Artwork“ für die CD, der Planung der Veröffentlichung und der anschliessenden Tour.
Was von dem neuen Album erwartet werden darf, wollen NINETNINE noch nicht Preis geben. Nur soviel soll gesagt werden „Das neue Album wird definitiv mächtig rocken und Laune machen auf Energiegeladenen Livegigs“ so Schlagzeuger Gabriel Meckler.
The first shots of the new CD NINETNINE are already in the „box“. Ray and Gabriel have started recording the last 3 weeks.
„It’s a whole different approach this time than on the last 2 CD’s. This time I’ve previously written about 20 songs and song ideas. A part is created during the recording and also results by studio sessions.“ – Freesay.
The four musicians have the goal to be completed by end of July with the recordings.. Then the best 10-12 songs are selected, mixed and brought to the mastering. Then we start with the „artwork“ for the CD, the planning of the release and the tour.
What can be expected from the new album? Suffice to say, „The new album is definitely rocking and puts you in the mood for energetic live gigs,“ said drummer Gabriel Meckler.
